Building community has two important aspects--getting to know one another, and growing together in our faith. Whether we're gathering for a meal together just for the fun of it, or meeting up to study scripture and pray together, we draw a lot of strength from one another. We find we share a lot with folks we thought didn't have much in common with us, and we learn that we're never alone, no matter what we're going through.
