Praying the Labyrinth is a contemplative prayer practice that is excellent for bringing a sense of calm into a time of anxiety.
It's a perfect daily practice in these times when we are unable to gather for community worship.
Pastor Melody offers a series of videos to lead you through the stages of praying the labyrinth. Each video will cover one of the sessions we had planned for Wednesdays in Lent: click on the links to listen and watch as they become available:
1: Introduction to the Labyrinth
2: Journey in: Speaking
3: In the Center: Biding
4: Journey Out: Listening
5: Leaving the Labyrinth (and carrying it with you)
